By using this site and requesting a proposal, you agree to the general terms described below.
Proposal and scope
After the discovery conversation, we send a proposal outlining scope, estimated timeline, and investment for the project. Development begins only after the proposal is approved.
Engagement and payment
Payment terms, timeline, and deliverables are formalized in a specific contract before full development begins.
Ownership
Ownership of delivered materials transfers to the client as defined in the contract, generally upon completion of the agreed payment. Until then, materials produced remain the property of Apex Agency Studio.
